LUISS DIPLOMATIC & SECURITY FORUM
Started in 2019, Luiss Diplomatic & Security Forum is an institutional project aiming at creating a place where the various actors working within diplomacy and security in Italy, may discuss the latest developments and cultivate relations.
The periodic forum sees the participation of many honored guest, like the seating Minister of Foreign Affairs, its governance members and other members of the Government.
It’s a unique networking occasion for Italian diplomats, many of which studied in Luiss, just as for representatives from other countries, enterprises, NGOs and several government branches. The goal is to facilitate the relationships and intersections that may aid the development of shared international actions.
The 2026 edition was 11 June 2026, at the Luiss Campus in Viale Romania 32, Rome, and was titled “Il Mediterraneo Strategico”. The focus was on topics like security and defense in the Mediterranean region, subsea infrastructure, major connectivity projects and the blue economy, reflecting an integrated approach to security that encompasses environmental, technological and economic dimensions.
